I locked my keys in my car. I called roadside assistance and they texted me a link, which was very easy to navigate through.
I just let them know that I had locked my keys in my car and provided my location, the year, make, model and color of my car.
They arrived in 20 minutes and took 60 seconds to open my car! The service was fast and great, and I couldn't be happier!

Verified Buyer |Incompetency, unprofessional, and negligence
Continuous mistakes, no accountability or repercussion for their faults, terrible customer service. Failure to communicate, apply necessary changes, updates, dishonest, misleading, and unprofessional.
It seems like hes only interested in collecting money and receiving his commission. Refunds, reinstatement, reunderwriting, amending wrongs and compensation of errors, and/or and at least create a new policy for the inconvenience, and solution that is reasonable for them and for consumers is NOT an option.

I dismissed my savings on my app
Drive wise should have been explain at the beginning of the policy when it was wrote it leads people to believe they will get a discount on their insurance every month for using driveway written in return is only at the end of every six months they should be explained fully to customers when they first sign up with Allstate

Spoke to an individual in the claims department that was rude and condescending. After which she hung up on me.
My solution to these kind of persons in any job. If you don't like your job quit and give the opportunity to someone is who maybe compatable with this type of job.

Lienholders need direct access to an Allstate person/direct email for assistance. Without loans disbursed, there would be no need for insurance.

Hardly
I tried to get the bed replaced. They sent me an email stating that I would need to send before/after photos, serial numbers, etc. But who takes before photos of a bed? Who climbs through a destroyed home to take photos and retrieve serial numbers along with other demands?
The bed only cost $160 and I paid an extra $30 for an insurance plan that won't compensate me. They have all the details. It's just another way to avoid payment obligations. I lost everything and can't even get a bed replaced?
I will never purchase a plan again and I plan on telling as many people as I possibly can that Allstate lacks compassion for the customers who give them their hard-earned money.
Losing everything is heartbreaking enough, but having to jump through bureaucratic hoops is downright evil. I hope all involved receive exactly the karma they deserve.

I'm being taken advantage of by your roadside assistance program. The customer service that I get is very rude. By far the worst service I've had in the last 2 years

Denial of Legitimate Homeowner Damage Claim
A washer malfunction and leak caused severe mold throughout the basement. I feel that a calculated attempt to outright deny my claim for policy benefits was evident.
After a 5-minute visit, the Allstate adjuster denied the claim stating long-term damage and that the floor was rotted, both statements untrue. I do not feel that a fair assessment of my home was made.
The false reporting of a rotted floor and manipulation resulted in the denial of a valid claim with ignored messages, no return calls and zero customer service from Allstate homeowner claim dept. in an attempt to reopen the claim.
User's recommendation: Do not be swayed by lower initial premium to get your business, do not switch! Allstate will deny, ignore and dodge paying homeowner claims.
I’m waiting for an email to get my answer to settle my problem
Operator was good I explain to her the problem she said I would be getting an email within five days to a week. Waiting for an answer to resolve my problem.

Endurance is bad enough. I have them. Terrible.
I'm still shopping. But it looks like they are all horrible.

I Am Going through a nightmare with a claim. From now, just finding out how horrible all state is in the claim process they're the absolute worst do not do business with them
