I called to set up a claim and also request a rental car as part of my coverage and all Allstate could do was give me excuses as to why they couldnt help me when I was requesting immediate help like a tow truck and rental car services. I reached out to my own insurance company even though youre insured driver, hit me from behind causing a three car pile up and she got cited on scene.

Allstate refused all lets put it this way decided to take their sweet time and wait days even weeks to assign me a rental car or even having adjuster come out and look. I called Geico. They right away sent me up with a rental and picked up my car with a tow truck. Had I waited for Allstate here we are three days in and they still havent come out to even do an adjustment.

They were not willing to give me a rental car. You guys suck your service sucks and I am going to give you the worst rating and tell everyone I know how good Geico treated me, and how poorly Allstate treated me

Go ahead and tell everyone you know but it won't make one whit of difference. You told total strangers, too (us). That makes no difference either ; read the complaints about Geico on this site.

They sent a tow truck company out from kernersville named Jeff towing and he damaged him in my car by hooking to my trailing arms and my car is undriveable it's been 3 months and I've been within a car no way to go I paid a rental car almost 2,000 some dollars for a ride and I have three major health conditions and still got no payment from them and out of a ride no way to go nowhere sick and can't get to the doctor I need help somebody please help

Major Hail Damage considered "COSMETIC DAMAGE"....

Allstate - Major Hail Damage considered COSMETIC DAMAGE....
DO NOT use ALLSTATE INSURANCE or Agent Dan Brown. My home was pelted with 1.5" of hail and my roof has a million dents! Allstate Insurance says this is "COSMETIC DAMAGE". My opinion is very different... Allstate nor Agent Dan Brown cares about your property. They only care about profits. Dan Brown did nothing to help our family. He told me "we will just deny your claim for some other reason". Five months of fighting with them. Unbelievable treatment of a customer, I've never seen anything like this. FIRE THEM!!

I cant find a truck like our 2011 Dodge Ram truck single cab four by four turbo diesel preferred package 2EA for under 33K! We need the same truck for the work It does. I dont want to be sent comps that are 2x4 or gasoline. I want the appreciation value for our truck they dont depreciate.

I bought a house in another State while in the process of selling the one I occupied in FL. Allstate does not offer house coverage in FL, but I had had them prior to that move, so I called their 800 number on a Saturday.

I bought the house insurance and was told by swapping my auto to them of course I would save money. So I did. And I canceled my existing auto policy. I didn't move for two months.

Now trying to register the vehicles, the county wants a binder because it's been more than 30 days since I insured the cars. I called the Allstate 800 number, which after all the automated questions sent me to "someone to help" The someone to help was the person Allstate says was my agent, however, I had spoken with that man the FIRST time I attempted to register my cars and he said he is NOT my agent, because I bought direct from Allstate and he made zero money. No matter what 800 number I called, I was transferred back to this agent. (which btw, always went to voicemail) I guess based on my location or phone number they automatically sent me to him.

telling it I wanted to get quotes. I finally got a human at a call center by pretending I wanted to START a policy.

The only good thing was the gentleman who assisted me in getting away from them, but of course only after he tried to get me to stay. (his job, I know) Their costs may be reasonable but the service was a terrible, terrible, run around

I am messaging you in reference to a car accident from your tow service that you sent out on June 2, 2023@ 5:15 p.m. Montgomery Alabama time.

You sent Ideal Towing out to pick up my mother-in-law's van, a 2005 Honda Odyssey; when the tow service driver reached her residence he backed the vehicle into the driveway, and hit the side of her house with her van, the proceeded to run away from the scene. I have been inquiring for your help since June the 2nd, One time a person called me from mediation, and I've not able to reach anybody else back. I am reaching out to you because we have sent in the pictures that you asked for for the damage that was done to her vehicle can you all please reach out to me "Cheryl M. ideal towing service told me that I need to speak to you all on my behalf to get the claim started and that's been every since July, August and now is September 13th, 2023. I keep getting promises that I will get a call back, but no has never called me back concerning the situation.

My account was compromised. Some scam person called me saying my allstate roadside assistance account was expired. I needed to pay $92 for assistance. No one ever responded to my request for help. Receiver texts saying waiting for rescuer arrive but no one arrived?

There agents said Allstate don't know what they're doing

I made my payment and I had my policy still canceled after speaking to several agents and they all told me everything would be fine just to come and find out that my policy have been canceled no apology no nothing nobody can figure out what they're doing who I spoke to nothing on file I do not recommend this insurance place to anybody very stressed at work today do not use goosehead insurance at all

Trailer fire

My complaint is that we have been on hold being told that they're having to review and investigate my policy. I did not tell the agent that that was my primary I already had a primary home so why would I have another one.

My daughter is disabled and cannot work she wanted to have a place of her own to feel like she was independent and that's what we told the agent we was getting a trailer for her Yes I purchased most of the stuff in the trailer because she does she doesn't work she does not have an income but that is not right for things that people have gave her people have gave her you know nice expensive things because they love her and their their family but now they're saying I can't even claim them kind of things this is wrong and I want someone to call me and get on top of this besides the people that's dealing with me cuz they're not doing nothing and I'll do not want to get a lawyer involved I don't have the money to do it but I want what is on a policy that I've been paying since 2007 and I'm a Allstate customer of 35 years. I feel I deserve what the premium I mean excuse me the policy says and get it now because they have nowhere to go and I was told if I take the the money for lodging that if they didn't do my claim that I would have to pay that back I do not have $18,000 to pay back I've had to put my husband on hospice where was going through a trying time already and then all this happens and then now the insurance you don't want to pay but if I have to I will get a lawyer and I also will call the Birmingham TV station They do a special every week and say how y'all treat disabled people Thank you Please have someone get back with me as soon as they can Thank you Rita Maddox

If you policy does not cover secondary structures you are unfortunately out of luck. I feel sorry for your situation, but it is a contract that you agreed to.

Did you ask Allstate if you had to add the secondary structure to your policy?

Do you know when you asked them? Those are questions a court case will ask.

I agree but I also have no sympathy in their situation. The trailer was either listed on an insurance policy or it wasn’t. And the fact that the OP is throwing disabled into the equation is disgusting.
