Unfair -adding people to your policy without permission

You need to direct your anger at the person who used your address. Someone can get a DUI and use a friends/relatives address to avoid high risk policies. Your insurance company covers licensed drivers at your address.

REQUIRES SMARTPHONE TO USE SERVICE

My husband's truck broke down on a dangerous curve. He is a senior and carries a cellphone that makes calls and sends texts, but does not access websites. He could not reach a person at the Allstate phone number, but simply a recording telling him to use the app. So we had to pay out of pocket for an expensive tow, which was the entire reason for buying a roadside assistance membership. Seniors and other people who choose not to carry smartphones, or cannot afford one, are being penalized and should be told in advance that smartphones are required.

Allstate - Problem with claim adjuster. Leaving messages no return calls
I was in an accident with one of your insureds on 8/11. I have been calling the claims adjuster since 8/12 and leaving a message with no return calls. Your tag line states "You're in good hands with Allstate". It sure doesn't feel that way. I need someone to contact me regarding my accident.

The only thing I don't like got to pay a thousand dollars to get my Nissan Tittan SV truck out and I didn't like the way the rental was handled by me having to pay 400. Dollars I probably will end up going back to Allstate

1st homeowner claim after 10 years of being with Allstate

We moved and called allstate in advance and took full coverage on both the old and new home plus the agent ryan in acworth Georgia assured us that we were covered for all parts of the move

When the movers destroyed 20,000 in furniture.allstate now said that we had no coverage.we had even submitted photos before and after and submitted a police report.paid $2000 for coverage Total fraud Don't use allstate!!+!+dodd

I needed a claim number

I needed a claim number to get my car fixed. It was hit by one of your customers. Every site I went to required a claim number to proceed. When I called your customer service line, they sent me to the same sites I already was having my troubles with. I got no were with this user unfriendly system. It sure would be nice to be able to talk to a real person to answer a simple question.

4 hour wait for tow

Waiting over 4 hours now and still counting for a simple basic tow. spoke to a supervisor who said it normal and all their tows take up to 4 hours. so if your stranded on a roadside they think it is fine to keep you waiting over 4 hours for assistance ? need to change the name from emergency roadside assistance to slow as *** roadside assistance. AAA never takes more than 30 min to get to me tried allstate to see how good it is and it is an epic fail all the way around never again ...will stick with AAA were my needs matter

5 hrs to get tow

Called All-State to get to tow. (Have had since '95) never a problem. NOW their AUTOMATED system tells me to down load APP to schedule appointment for tow... WTH. So thankfully I was not in middle of nowhere and downloaded app. On my limited data. It wants my "Policy:" number. On my card it has member number.. and that won't work! I tried! Who carries around a policy?
