I cancelled my policy on 3/19. In the crisscross, my mortgage loan company sent the payment of 3500.62 on 3/22.
I have verified with Allstate that they cashed the check on 3/6. I have been calling weekly since 4/2, and no one at Allstate can locate the payment.
Additionally, they made me provide proof that they cashed the check, which I did on 4/22. To date, Allstate staff continue to say they cannot find the payment; they are still researching the information and are still trying to locate the payment.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the roadside assistance service I recently received through Allstate Insurance. What should have been a simple and reassuring experience during a stressful situation instead became frustrating due to poor communication and a lack of professionalism.
After requesting assistance, I experienced a significant delay and received very few meaningful updates about the status of my service.
While delays can happen, the absence of clear communication made the situation far more stressful than necessary. Unfortunately, the experience was further compounded by the conduct of the towing company dispatched on Allstates behalf. The drivers demeanor was unprofessional and lacked the courtesy and reassurance that customers expect in such circumstances. Rather than feeling supported, I was left feeling like an inconvenience.
As a customer, I rely on Allstate to partner with service providers who uphold a high standard of professionalism and reliability.
Based on this experience, that expectation was not met.
Roadside assistance is often needed in urgent and vulnerable moments, and the level of service I received did not reflect the quality I associate with Allstate.
I strongly encourage Allstate to review the performance and professionalism of its roadside assistance partners and take the necessary steps to ensure customers receive timely, respectful, and dependable service. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in Allstates ability to deliver on its commitments.

The worst car insurance company for sure. So unethical, unfair, and dishonest. They play so many games. Low ball estimates to pay less for damages.
They make so many errors with your name, emails, links, putting errors on the estimate, they are a mess and so nonresponsive. Just so many games. Very dehumanizing with them. Not sure how they are allowed to operate as a business in this country.
They have to be the most dishonest company I have ever seen. Then their virtual assist app does not work, so you cannot get a fair estimate of damage. Their reviews on Google play for their app are horrible, it does not work. They give you so much run around.
I would never use them or recommend them. I had damage done to my car by their policy holder and it has been a nightmare dealing with them. You are not in good hands with Allstate. Beware of this company.
I saw all the bad reviews, thousands on BBB, Consumer Affairs, Smart Consumer, Yelp, Google, here and so many, they have the worst reviews. They need our prayers. It is like dancing with the devil dealing with them. Just absolutely terrible!
They have the worst reviews on every platform. BBB and Consumer Affairs are horrible.
Even the Google Play store they have so hundreds of bad reviews for their virtual assistant app which does not work. It is all games with this company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. I settled for what we could all live with. If you ever use this company to insure your life with better beware if you do not have patience and have negotiating skills.
I'm trying to file a claim, and I'm getting nothing but a run-around. It's all I'm getting, and my adjuster just told me his name was Jesse.
I called them, and they don't know a Jesse, so now they want to talk about the age of my items.
More running around! I'm trying to settle amicably, but it doesn't seem to happen.

First, your AI kept getting my birthday wrong. Second, I was on hold for 9 minute's before I got a real person.
She was nice but
tried to refer me back to my agent. After leaving a voice mail and text, on Sunday and Monday, late Monday he texted me that he no longer worked for Allstate and I should contact corporate. I then talked to a women who cancelled the charges. I will be charged around $30.00 for 9 days of coverage.
This seems high and I will not be using your company in the future..

I was browsing the Internet were I found an advertisement for car insurance stateing that individuals that receive snap benefits (food stamps) are eligible for discounts on there auto insurance. I called the number given and was greeted by an Allstate insurance agent.
When I asked him about the snap benefits discount he had no idea what I was talking about. I tried three more times with the same results. Each time the agents were very persistent trying to sell me insurance. This is just a trick to get people to call them with false hopes of getting a discount because there on food stamps.
That's pretty low iñ my opinion.
Are they that desperate that they have to trick low income people into getting insurance from them? Crazy and I am extremely pissed off

Complaint, American Heritage,Gap claom, power buy coverage

I've been trying to complete this claim for a little over 3 years now. I have submitted the required documents 3 times, and the only documents that the department that handles this process of the claim has are the ones that are not doing their job!
The information that is required is intertwined in the 32 pages of documents. All they have to do is read. It seems they are looking for a specific titled document and not reading through each page of the 32 pages, which include the police report. I purchased this policy in good faith, and I expect American Heritage, which is an affiliate of Allstate, to honor it.
Under the power buy option of the policy, I'm to be paid either $3,000.00 or $5,000.00, depending on whether the vehicle was stolen and not recovered or declared a total loss, in which case Geico, which was the insurance company in force at the time of the declaration of it being a total loss. My frustration is affecting my health; please help me to receive what's owed to me.

I have replacement cost Homeowner coverage. My Roof received
extreme wind damage, resulting in a total loss, according to the construction estimators.
I followed Allstate's instructions, got my roof repaired, and paid $21,000.
Now, Allstate pays 5K, and no matter how many photographs and estimates they ask for over this past year, they keep asking for more pictures and respond with their claims adjuster's original estimate of 5k. Their business model is to "accept a little or sue us." Knowing that many people will just take it.

Quality towing agents don’t contract with insurance companies for roadside assistance because the reimbursement is laughable. RA through auto insurance is dirt cheap at $10 to $20/yr/vehicle.
There was no communication because there was nothing to update.
The few tow garages contracted can’t come if they don’t answer their phone. The only thing your screed here has accomplished is getting your policy heavily scrutinized every renewal going forward.
