allstate tried the same thing on us. said our 23 year old son was living with us.

was told the post office provided info he was living with us. WRONG!!!!. our son moved out 6 mnths ago.and we were threatened with forced policy.

we gave them our sons address and they acted as if we were lying. needless to say, you know what we are going to do next.

COMPLAINT

How can I get SOMEONE to help me file a claim. I can't do it one line, I have been to to call the 800# I'm on hold so long I am disconnected, sent to the wrong dept, put on hold and no one comes back, I can't understand the person answering because their accent it to dee or the last agent just told me I should call my Veterinarian since its a dog bite!!!!! I have had Allstate for at least 30 - years and am so disappointed in their customer service. My agent can't help me, he tells me to the 800# I need to send info to Allstate regarding my dog biting the mailman. I have a letter from a lawyer, but I can't get a hold of anyone after trying for two days!!!!! Home owners #03705**** HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME!!!!!!!!

What a muppet...Love how you outed your agent on a PUBLIC message board because you were STUPID and made a mistake. To make things worse, you act as if this person was hiding out from you.

What about others, who have sense who needed help? Should it be dropped to help a fool? Listen, the terms YOU agreed to said this could happen. There were no special exclusions for being dumb.

Your fault. Stop the whining..

Unresolved despite complaints to ALLSTATE, TDI, BBB

Unfortunately, I had a homeowner insurance with ALLSTATE when my house sustained a water damage related to burst pipe during the winter storm in Texas (Feb.2021). I filed a claim with ALLSTATE. I hired a contractor to do plumbing, wall and flooring repair. He estimated the damage to be around $93,000.00. Plumbing and wall repair has been completed. ALLSTATE sent an adjuster. They want to pay 40% only of my estimated flooring repair. More than 3 months after filing the claim, I got about $50,000.00 from ALLSTATE out of $93,000.00. When I asked in my neighborhood, it seems everyone is unhappy with ALLSTATE when it comes to claims. They should change their logo to ALLSTATE, you are in bad hands...

User's recommendation: Choose another Insurance... don't fall into the hands of ALLSTATE... very dishonest.

Problem with local office, leaving ALLSTATE

After nearly 2 decades with Allstate, we are leaving the company. For the past 3 years we have worked with Pauline Attallas office in Agoura Hills, CA, and it has been a nightmare. The agent is unprofessional, disorganized and the last straw for me was when she sent me an offensive email and left an incoherent and rambling voicemail message on my cell phone. I have already reached out to other insurance companies. I hope to have secured a professional and responsible insurance agent by the end of next week. I'm astonished that this woman is operating on behalf of Allstate. After nearly 20 years, she has managed to make me leave the company with her incompetence.

I don't understand why I have to continue to pay for any service and I'm a member I have paid for towing to come and tow my vehicle the was $147.00 and I needed a jump tow so a towing truck came out to jump me and charger me$50.00 and they couldn't jump my car and then you'll send another tow truck out to jump and I have to pay them $79.00 And no one has reimbursed I'm so very much disappointed in the Company service

Extremely low offer for my stolen truck.

Allstate - Extremely low offer for my stolen truck.
My truck was stolen from my apartments 5/4/21. The adjuster is using a CCC One report to devalue my truck. Her report has extremely high mileage vehicles with less options than mine. I have showed several types of proof that my truck is worth 6,000-7,000 dollars more than her report says. She has said Allstate goes by what these reports say and told me to hire an independent appraiser. Which I am doing. The vehicle has been appraised at the value I have been saying it is worth. I have sent dozens of comp vehicles priced at my appraisal.

They sux

i had homeowners for over twenty years and auto insurance for several.. they more the doubled my rate with out cause so i canceled the insurance and went to alfa where i got twice as much for over half the price.. they sent me a refund check of unused time and weeks later i got a bill from collection agency saying i owed them money.. this caused my credit score to drop.. thank them very much.. try alfa great company caused

Claims Adjuster does not return calls

Our vehicle was damaged by an Allstate insured Tyler Jimenez of Allstate 480-877-**** does not return phone calls, leaving my vehicle unrepaired.

Received credit collection notices

I have been out of work since the pandemic started. I eventually could not keep up paying for my homeowners and car insurance. I have been getting bills for amount owed on both policies, after I cancelled these policies. I called to discuss this with the Allstate agency that I purchased the policies thru and they are no longer in business. I also tried calling Allstate customer service and they keeping hanging up on me. If the agency cancelled the policies when they were told, this would not be a problem. Now looking for insurance again, I will not be choosing Allstate. me me

THE MOST UGLY,AND TERRIFIC UNPROFESSIONAL THAT I NEVER HAD IN MY LIFE

I WAS NOT SURE WHAT TO DO WITH MY POLICE, SO I ASK AN AGENT IN MY AREA IN NEW JERSEY TO GO TO HIS OFFICE AND REVIEW MY OLD POLICE. THAT I PAID FOR SO MANY YEARS. HE REFUSES TO LET ME GO IN HIS OFFICE, HE SAID FOR THE COVID. AFTR MONTHS HE STILL DON'T LET ME GO SO I CLOSED. MY POLICE. AND I WORRIED IF WAS RIGHT.
