My home was burglarized ,1 time,I had allstate for 28 years.They filipped the whole house damaging and stealing property.This happen July 14 ,2019 this is August 18 and they are not attempting to resolve this matter.Yes ,police report,yes pictures and some receipts.I have re purchased and still blown away by the way I have been treated. Rude associates, no call backs,speechles.I will have to get a lawer I guess. Your not in good hands with allstate.

I purchased a new car in October of 2021,when I called to advise my insurance agent about the new car I expected an increase,however the agent told me that my Increase was also based on the assumption that I drove 12k miles a year and that is a standard assumption when a new car is purchased. I fill out a form annually stating how many miles i travel in a year and it is about half of the 12k per year the agent stated that did not matter,new car all the previous mileage statements were void. Is this true?

Well I got rear ended by the time I got pics my phone died so the guy who hit me call only because I wouldn’t leave until he did. And the only true thing he told the Officer was he was driving in the far south lane which is a Parking Zone with Meters (working). But he lied and you didn’t even investigate it! Just like the Police they believed everything he told them.

I have no car because of this jerk whom got put in jail 3months after he hit me,hello!

This is so wrong and ALLSTATE doesn’t care about the truth anymore they just don’t want to pay ... how do you sleep at night???
