Do Not Get Verizon Roadside Assist which is All State.

I waited 20 hours for my car to be towed with roadside assistance. The tow truck took 20 hours so the place for my car was the owner had my car towed involved the state police.

Now I owe $1,200 roadside assistance. I paid for it. It's a joke and you can't get anybody on the phone anybody? It's all emails.

I sent four emails so far and I have not gotten one response back.

Not one very unprofessional and not reliable. Don't even waste your money

All good, we resolved it with a tow and replaced it with a used tire. The driver was very helpful when he came to pick up my vehicle.

Policy was lapsed due to a representative not sending payment in correctly

I called in last week before moving and met a lady that schedule for us to call for a quote .We were scheduled and she called after the time was different coast so she called one hour later because Im Texas shes Florida long story short she put me In The computer sent id card and renters had money in the bank no biggie . Well moving in the process I would check my bank account and I was like whats taking them so long to take the payment then on 19 after I got time to call they said I was cancelled I was like yeah how .

A mishap on the cost me a lapse and then they the ones that messed me up couldnt give me insurance as curtsey . I was.

It in good hands when I hear that I want be they need to change that story could go on and on but we dont have time and Im sick of them dont switch for $20 keep who you are with cost me extra $100 something hurting and sad and mad . People really dont careno

Allstate motor club

It is a complete scam. I did not ask for this when I enrolled with your company for my auto insurance.

No one explained that this was a subsidy of that policy and one that really doesnt belong to you just something you threw out there for somebody to take money out of my account. Total scam.

Nothing they could do. I have to pay$ 200 a month now from$ 135 sent paperwork in the middle of move to new address.

Didn't get it until I moved and the rep new that she could have reached out.

emailed her no answer. They don't care and I wasn't in good hands .

They called said nothing they can do I lapsed for 5 days due to the rep putting the wrong number in and never hit my bank . In the mist of moving I didnt notice till I sat and began to go through missed calls and emails and got a cancellation on there half then they lied and said my bank rejected the payment and it never went through at all .

So now Im stuck with $200 a month on a 22015 equinox insurance when I called to drop from $168 to $135 crazy how people screw you over and nothing you can do about it and in the world we live in companys need to be held accountable for how they treat people . I would never the rep had to see the cancellation she could have reached out just crazy .

I have talked to Allstate over 20 times trying to solve this matter and here we are a month later and I have not heard anything. They haven't even advised me if they received their device back that I mailed to them the beginning of March.

In mid-January, an Allstate agent called me to discuss their MileWise program. In order to get an accurate quote, I had to give him my driver's license number, name, address, and phone number.

He proceeded to help himself to my bank account and remove the first month's premium when I had not even signed any documents agreeing to the policy. He set the policy's effective date for February 14th, one month later, so he would have plenty of time to collect his commission. I spent 30 days trying to get my money back in my bank account that he fraudulently took. In the meantime, I was mailed a MileWise device which I did not request, and I sent it back 3 weeks ago.

I am receiving harassing emails every day about returning this device, which has actually been received by them, but they are too lazy to stop the emails. There is no one at Allstate willing to take responsibility for the agent or for trying to help me solve this issue. I have kept every email, every text, and every person's name I have talked to at Allstate, and here it is months later, and I'm still being harassed. They will not give you a phone number to call and file a complaint against Allstate, but if anybody takes the time to just read the reviews, they'll find out that Allstate is the number one worst insurance company for car insurance.

They take advantage of senior citizens, and all they care about is how much money and personal information they can get from you because they turn around and sell every bit of it. I have received no less than 15 offers from other insurance companies saying they can do better than what Allstate offered me.

How do they even know what Allstate offered me unless Allstate is selling that information? If you have a choice, pick any other company but Allstate!

  • Representatives creating phony policies

Preferred solution: I would like to get an end to the harassing emails and text messages, I want no more hands dipping into my bank account for premiums on a policy I have not had with Allstate and I want compensation for all of the harassment.

We called after having to pull over with a dead battery. Over an hour later, someone came and said we wouldnt make it home and to report to Allstate that we were disabled.

We scrambled again trying to find a towing company near our location and research a service station that could install a new battery. SO disappointed they didnt send someone who could install a battery right then and there saving 2 seniors hours of being stranded with their senior dog!

I personally think it's b*****that I pay every month without fail four roadside assistance and every time I got a call when I'm broke down I got to jump through so many stupid *** ads and distractions when I need a tow I want to talk to a robot I want to talk to a person my recommendation is to a customer is not to have to put up with stupid b*****

Horrible experience trying to get my refund

THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!, part of their service is that when you buy a home fire policy, they get your Texas Wind Storm Insurance since TWIA does not deal with home owners, they deal with insurance agencies only. This people from the Cole Group (AllState) did not pay any attention to the messages from my mortgage company where they were telling them over and over, that the Windstorm policy was expiring.

The policy expired and I did not have coverage for a few weeks, I got hit with a $132 penalty from my mortgage company for the lapse of coverage.

The guy in charge has got the guts to blame the lack of coverage on me, he has no shame in doing things like this to a customer. BE CAREFUL and do not make the same mistake we made, I will not recommend this agency not even to my worst enemy.

Overcharge

Upon updating the info from my new payment card, I was charged an annual fee instead of my monthly fee. I was told that it will be a month before I see a refund to my account?!

Cancelling policies after 40 plus years because of extremely poor service

I need to explain issues to a customer service representative. I have three policies in Florida and one in California, with three automobiles.

The Florida agency or corporate has been sending me notices for payment on my Mile Wise account to the wrong email, after the auto payment was not received due to my credit card not being updated. I never received an email or a telephone call from the agency.
