Allstate refuse to refund my money which did not provided.
THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I want to let you know that Allstate is not to trusted.
I had purchased a car in February of last year. I called the The 1-800 number to info them to drop the old car and add my new car. May of this year I need to check my insurance for something, I don't remember for what reason now. when checked the card, I found out they never made the change.
I have been driving without insuranc for one year and three months.
Now, all though it was their fault that I have been driving the car without insurance and they did not provided the service, they refuse to return the full amount. They only want to reemburse 180 day.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

You never received a new policy or new I.D. cards?
Over one year and 3 months and you didn't notice you had no I.D. cards for your new vehicle?
Most companies would have back-dated only 30 days. I'm shocked they're going back 180 days.
